Agencies that do not meet <br />this grant condition will be required to refund the grant award. Please contact your <br />Target Zero Manager or Jerry Noviello at jnoviello@wtsc.wa.gov for more information. <br /> <br /> Agencies will support statewide/national traffic safety initiatives, projects, and programs. <br /> <br /> Agencies will subscribe and commit to aggressive traffic enforcement. <br /> <br /> An annual report is required for the Traffic Safety Grant funds awarded to your <br />department. The 2025-2026 Traffic Safety Grant reports are due by October 2, 2026. <br />Failure to report will result in denial of 2026 – 2027 grant funds. Agencies must <br />report grant results to WASPC in a timely manner. <br /> <br /> Invoices are due to WASPC no later than May 1, 2026. Any invoices not received by the <br />deadline may not be reimbursed and the award money will be forfeited. Please note: WASPC <br />is responsible for the amount of your grant award only. Any expense in excess of the grant <br />award is agency responsibility. <br />
