With the pending <br />retirement of Mr. Kottkamp it is in the best interest of the County to name a pro tem <br />hearing examiner to continue processing planning applications that require hearings <br />without interruption. CDS is requesting that minor amendments be made to the <br />existing agreement, naming Jay Eyestone as the Hearing Examiner Pro Tem. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS, Prosecuting Attorney, Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Changes to the Professional Services Agreement <br /> <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION: CDS recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the proposed <br />Agreement <br /> <br />HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBLE STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager <br />
