ACTION REQUESTED: Approve setting a Public Hearing to Consider the Kittitas
County Conservation District’s Renewal of the System of
Rates and Charges.
BACKGROUND: Staff was directed to prepare a Notice of Public Hearing to
consider the Kittitas County Conservation District’s
(KCCD) renewal of the System of Rates and Charges.
INTERACTION: Anna Lael, Conservation District Manager, requested the
BoCC set a Public Hearing to consider the KCCD’s
renewal of the System of Rates and Charges.
RECOMMENDATION: Set Public Hearing for September 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
HANDLING: 1-Clerk of the Board
