ACTION REQUESTED: Request to sign SCJ 2026 On-Call Contract initial set up
BACKGROUND: SCJ is one of our on-call engineers. This is the initial set up for the new contract
that was signed in June of 2026.
INTERACTION: This was reviewed by BoCC and involves on-going services from SCJ as well as a
new project task: Phase 3 Upper County Courthouse Sewer.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve on-call agreement so we may proceed with Upper County Courthouse
Sewer project.
