ACTION REQUESTED: Request to sign Amendment #9 for SCJ 2022 on-call contract
BACKGROUND: SCJ is one of our on-call engineers. This is an Amendment #9 to close out all
changes from existing work involving the 2022 On-Call Contract
INTERACTION: This was reviewed by Patti with commissioners
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment #9 so we can finalize work from the last Contract.
