AGENDA DATE: September 1, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office
for Law Enforcement Services.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Kittitas wish to
establish a joint Agreement to efficiently provide the City of Kittitas with law
enforcement services.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office
for Law Enforcement Services.
HANDLING: Please return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office.
