ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and Easton
School District. The AFS allows for the use of 1/10th funding for contracting with a licensed
mental health care provider to provide mental health services to students in the Easton School
District. (Effective dates: 07/01/2026-06/30/2027)
BACKGROUND:
The Board of County Commissioners have allocated 1/10th of 1% funding to the Kittitas County
Schools through resolution.
INTERACTION:
Reviewed and approved by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office June 29, 2026.
Reviewed and approved by the Auditors Office June 29, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and Easton
School District. The AFS allows for the use of 1/10th funding for contracting with a licensed
mental health care provider to provide mental health services to students in the Easton School
District. (Effective dates: 07/01/2026-06/30/2027)
