ACTION REQUESTED: Request to sign contract for Hultz BHU task order #2 Server Room AC Project
BACKGROUND: Hultz BHU is one of our on-call engineers. This is a task order for them to produce
the construction documents & project manual so that we may move forward with
getting bids on the Server Room AC Project.
INTERACTION: This was reviewed at the finance study session July 16th, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the task order to form construction plans so that we may work on bids.
HANDLING: Original – BoCC
Copy – Auditor
ATTACHMENTS: Staff Report and Hultz task order #2 for Server Room AC project.
