Project Description Replace two split system HVAC units serving the server room at the Courthouse. New unit will be same size as the existing. Project will be publically bid. Scope of Services Design Phase: Provide field reviews, engineering, drawings, and specifications to allow for the work. Construction cost estimates and updated schedules are included with each progress submittal. A 60% progress set, 90% progress set, and final 100% (bid ready) set of submittals are included. We assume you will provide us the Division 00 contract documents (bid form, contract, etc.). Bid Phase: Attend the pre-bid meeting, respond to bidder questions, review substitution requests, issue any required addenda, and review bids. Construction Phase: Attend the pre-construction meeting, review product submittals, answer contractor questions, conduct and attend virtual meetings during construction (assume 4), provide one site visit during construction, review pay requests, provide one punchlist review, one punchlist back check, and review project closeout documents (O&M manual, generator test reports, etc.). Proposed Fee We propose to provide our services on an hourly charge basis, not to exceed our authorized fee without your prior permission. Preliminary Schedule Assuming a notice to proceed by July 15th, here is a preliminary schedule.
