New unit will be same <br />size as the existing. Project will be publically bid. <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Design Phase: Provide field reviews, engineering, drawings, and specifications to allow for the work. <br />Construction cost estimates and updated schedules are included with each progress submittal. A 60% <br />progress set, 90% progress set, and final 100% (bid ready) set of submittals are included. We assume you will <br />provide us the Division 00 contract documents (bid form, contract, etc.). <br />Bid Phase: Attend the pre-bid meeting, respond to bidder questions, review substitution requests, <br />issue any required addenda, and review bids. <br />Construction Phase: Attend the pre-construction meeting, review product submittals, answer contractor <br />questions, conduct and attend virtual meetings during construction (assume 4), provide one site visit <br />during construction, review pay requests, provide one punchlist review, one punchlist back check, and <br />review project closeout documents (O&M manual, generator test reports, etc.). <br />Proposed Fee <br /> <br />We propose to provide our services on an hourly charge basis, not to exceed our authorized fee without <br />your prior permission.
