ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and Signature of Services Agreement with City of Ellensburg to Fund the renovation of the
County Event Center Rodeo Grandstands project in the amount of $500,000.
BACKGROUND:
The City of Ellensburg Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has approved a $500,000 award to support the
County Event Center Rodeo Grandstands Project. This funding is essential to completing the project, which
is currently under construction.

RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend that the BOCC Approve and Sign the Services Agreement with City of Ellensburg to Fund the
renovation of the County Event Center Rodeo Grandstands project in the amount of $500,000.
