(Effective date: 07/01/26-06/30/27) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The AFS is established to allow The Alano Club to utilize the 2026 one-time Opioid Abatement <br />Strategies funding to assist The Alano Club with providing a safe, clean, and stable environment <br />for individuals affected by opioid and substance use disorder. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and The Alano <br />Club.
