Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Chelsey Loeffers, Public Health Director; Kasey Knutson, <br />Human Services Manager; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Patrick <br />Gigstead, Chief Probation Officer; James McCubbin, Deputy Prosecutor <br />III; Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director; Nancy Schaff, Chief <br />Administrative Deputy; Chad Bala CDS Director; Devin Duncan, Law <br />Enforcement Clerk; and 9 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE PROCLAMATIONS - NONE <br /> AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners recognized the following employees for <br />tenure milestones: 5 Years – Benito Chavez. 20 Years – Dr. Mark Larson, <br />Ben Corbett, and Patrick Gigstead. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />At the conclusion of the review of each item, Commissioner Osiadacz <br />requested a amendment to the Agenda to move Consent Item F to Board <br />Discussion/Decision.
