ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Program Agreement for DDCS County
Services. (Effective: July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027)
BACKGROUND:
This contract is for the agreement with DSHS for the Independent Employment and Community
Inclusion services that we then contract with Ability, AtWork!, Compass and Elmview to
provide the services to clients. Public health is the monitoring agent for these services to ensure
high quality support for people with developmental disabilities.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors Office: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Program Agreement for DDCS County
Services. (Effective: July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027)
