(Effective: July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This contract is for the agreement with DSHS for the Independent Employment and Community <br />Inclusion services that we then contract with Ability, AtWork!, Compass and Elmview to <br />provide the services to clients. Public health is the monitoring agent for these services to ensure <br />high quality support for people with developmental disabilities. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors Office: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2026 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Program Agreement for DDCS County <br />Services.
