ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Contract Between Kittitas County
and CompassDirect Healthcare.
BACKGROUND: This is a contract renewal between County and CompassDirect for a
qualified clinical staff member (nurse) to provide additional services to our facility and
have nursing staff in the facility until 2300hrs Mon -Fri. This is funded by Kittitas
County Board of County Commissioners Resolution 2022-072, contract number SH22-
011 Amendment No. 4 for the monies we receive from the HCA for MOUD/MAUD in
jails. The original contract was approved on 10/21/25, and the amendment is to increase
the total limit from $180,000.00 to $185,000.00.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this amendment to the original agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Contract Between Kittitas County and
CompassDirect Healthcare.
