KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ADMIN MEETING STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 7, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Chair Signature on Change Order #14 and #15 <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is requesting chair signature on Change Order <br />#14 & #15. Change Order 14 will allow Belsaas & Smith to redo the <br />flooring from the Sally Port entrance to the lobby entrance, enclose a <br />storage room on the second floor, install safety fencing around the <br />basement laundry machinery, and modify I-Mod for office use. <br />Change Order 15 will allow Belsaas & Smith to add a Walk-off Mat <br />and Vestibule electrical outlet to the entrance. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Maintenance, BOCC. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: I am recommending Chair Signature on CO #14 & 15 <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Change Order #14 and 15 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Cody Cupp, Facilities Maintenance Director
