ADMIN MEETING STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: July 7, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Chair Signature on Change Order #14 and #15
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is requesting chair signature on Change Order
#14 & #15. Change Order 14 will allow Belsaas & Smith to redo the
flooring from the Sally Port entrance to the lobby entrance, enclose a
storage room on the second floor, install safety fencing around the
basement laundry machinery, and modify I-Mod for office use.
Change Order 15 will allow Belsaas & Smith to add a Walk-off Mat
and Vestibule electrical outlet to the entrance.
INTERACTION: Maintenance, BOCC.
RECOMMENDATION: I am recommending Chair Signature on CO #14 & 15
