ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to Authorize Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County and the Washington State Department of Health.
(Effective dates: 01.01.26-12.31.29)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is made by and between the State of Washington Department of Health and
Kittitas County Public Health to cover TB medications used to treat active TB disease in patients
who are under or uninsured or who lack prescription coverage and are not covered by Medicaid
or Apple Health.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved June 16, 2026.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved June 16, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to Authorize Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County and the Washington State Department of Health.
