ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution authorizing the execution of a MOU
between Yakima Neighborhood Health Services and the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. (07/01/26-06/30/27)
BACKGROUND:
The MOU allows KCPHD to assist Kittitas County Public Health staff to assist community
members enrolling in Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans and maximize enrollment under the
Affordable Care Act.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on June 11, 2026
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on June 10, 2026
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution authorizing the execution of a MOU
between Yakima Neighborhood Health Services and the Kittitas County Public Health
