Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Cody Cupp, Facilities <br />Maintenance Director; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and two <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 12, 2026. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER BELSASS & SMITH #24 AUDITOR <br /> <br />Cody Cupp, Facilities Maintenance Director, presented Change Order <br />#24 (jail project) for the Board to support. He stated that there <br />are two options for consideration: The main Change Order is for <br />$144,606.12 and there is an additional add-on of $26,558.28. He gave <br />an overview of what those would cover. The Board gave Cody the go- <br />ahead to move forward with bringing forward a Change Order for the <br />main request at $144,606.12 and then directed him to look into the <br />benefits and value of the additional add-on at $26,558.28. <br /> <br />UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided
