BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS, STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2o2s- /55 <br />A Resolution authorizing execution of an interlocal agreement between Washington State University <br />and Kittitas County, Washington for contracted banking services <br />WHEREAS, RCW 39.34, the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for public <br />agencies to cooperate by providing piggybacking options on awarded contracts; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Treasurer published a Request for Proposal for Banking Services on <br />March I't,2)24,and awarded the contract to US Bank, beginning September L't, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, Washington State University wishes to piggyback on the terms of the contract the <br />Kittitas County Treasurer awarded to US Bank for Banking services, through September I'r,2027; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED, that the Board of county commissioners of Kittitas county' <br />Washington authorizes the execution of the lnterlocal Agreement for the Piggybacking of Contracted <br />Banking Services that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference, and which shall be <br />forthwith filed with the Kittitas County Auditor pursuant to RCW 39'34.040' <br />Adopted this 'Ld o ay of 2025 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />K WASHINGTON <br />tr <br />of Board - Julie Kjorsvike <br />erk of the Board - MandY Buchholz <br />Co ht, Vic atr <br />La <br />Brett c h, Commissioner <br />- <br />r) <br />,i <br />a-\
