KITTITAS COI.JNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 16,2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide and install 22 new <br />cameras and relocate 2 existing cameras at the Kifiitas County Jail, Sheriff s Office, and <br />Public Health. <br />BACKGROUND: AEU is the winning bid, going through the county's purchasing <br />process. This proposal with AEU is to provide and install 18 new cameras at the JaiI,2 <br />,re* <br />"utn"ras <br />at Public Health, relocate 1 existing camera at the Jail, and 1 existing <br />camera at the Sheriff s Office. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />Recommendation: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide and install20 new cameras <br />and relocate 2 existing cameras at the Kittitas County Jail, Sheriff s Office, and Public <br />Health. <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff s Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Reynolds, LE System Administrator
