Slmply Report ie a secure, technology-based system <br />;L;id;d lo facilltate the ldentlflcation of suspected human trafficklng, coordinate timely and approprlate response <br />efiois, and enhance national capacity to dlsrupt trafflcking neiworks. <br />Thle MOU doflnes tre roles and expectallons for law enforc,ement personnelaccessing the platform ln an <br />inoesfiiiv* cipacity. lt ouflines procedures to support interagency coordination, snsure appropriate handling of <br />.u*itii* intorm'agon, and proteci the integrity of thd eystem and the safely and autonomy of survivors. lt also affirms <br />both parlies' shared commitment to using thls iool to: <br />c Facllitate investigative follow-up on suspected traffcking cases; <br />r promote tranaparency and reduce duplication through agsncy deconfliction; <br />r Skengthen reat-tlme ind ongolng coordlnatlon among local, state, trihal, and federallaw enforcement <br />entities;r Ensure'that porsonally identiflable informalion (Pll) ls protected and only accessible by authorlzed <br />individuals with a legitimale invostigative purpose; <br />r preserve Fauma-infirmed, survivoi-centered praetices by limiling lhe use and disttibution of sensitive data; <br />r Maintain a secure and audltable system for coordination and action that suppoflg; but doss not replaco, <br />haditional i nvesligatory or ern erg ency proiocols' <br />Through this agreement, lhe Agency affirms its oommftment to adhere to the role.specific access permissione and <br />i"up"iriniiiii"s-ouillned in thts iocuinent and related operauonal pollclas lssued by safe Houee Proiect, lncluding <br />uppri"uOi" Srandard Operailng prccodures (!ofg).
