AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: June 16, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide and install 22 new
cameras and relocate 2 existing cameras at the Kittitas County Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and
Public Health.
BACKGROUND: AEU is the winning bid, going through the county’s purchasing
process. This proposal with AEU is to provide and install 18 new cameras at the Jail, 2
new cameras at Public Health, relocate 1 existing camera at the Jail, and 1 existing
camera at the Sheriff’s Office.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
Recommendation: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide and install 20 new cameras
and relocate 2 existing cameras at the Kittitas County Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and Public
Health.
HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff’s Office.
