ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Director on the DDA County Services Agreement Amendment 1. (Effective date: 03/01/26-
06/30/26)
BACKGROUND:
The DDA County Services agreement is established to provide a coordinated and comprehensive
state and local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities. The Amendment
adds $16,000.00 to the contract for a new total maximum of $1,139,083.00.

Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 06/04/2026.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 06/04/2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
