JUNE 2, 2026 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Kasey Knutson, Human Services Manager; Jesse Cox, Solid <br />Waste Director; Chad Bala, CDS Director; Charlie Smith, Project Manager; <br />Devin Duncan, Law Enforcement Clerk; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Katrina Mankus, Juvenile Court Administrator; Patti <br />Stacey, Facilities Director; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Program <br />Manager; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; James McCubbin, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Nancy Shaff, Chief Administrative Deputy; and 1 member of <br />the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, introduced two new <br />employees in their office, Mark Mitchell, Deputy Prosecutor I and Hunter <br />Slezak, Deputy Prosecutor 1. PROCLAMATIONS – NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved <br />to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
