CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no citizen comments. DISCUSSION ETF Budget Amendment Update IT Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney informed the BoCC of a regularly occurring problem with public users being unable to sign into the Laserfiche repository due to a limit on the number of concurrent users the Laserfiche app allows with the County’s current license. Cities Digital Inc., owner of the Laserfiche application, proposed upgrading the County’s license to an unlimited concurrent user license. Additionally, acquiring these modules would help the County prepare for it’s transition to the new public website/intranet. DISCUSSION Public Website/Intranet Update IT Mr. Kinney updated the BoCC that the County’s new public website is progressing smoothly with some minor bumps that shouldn’t cause any issues. BRIEFING SUMMARY: Work with Diagram on the county public website is progressing according to the timeline. Work continues BACKGROUND: In 2023 the Board directed IT to work on modernizing CAMAS. Since that time, IT has developed a project plan, and progress has been made to reach our goals. DISCUSSION: • CAMAS features currently being addressed are: o Preliminary Site Analysis (stalled), o Purchasing & Vouchering (planning), o Claim for Reduction of Assessment (awaiting user adoption), o Asset Management (nearly complete) In addition to feature replacement, IT is studying options for how Microsoft SharePoint might be best deployed to replace CAMAS as an intranet platform. IT met with a potential consultant, StoneShare, whose expertise and services could be very beneficial in launching this complicated task correctly. • Website project core team, and the Diagram team are meeting weekly. Each weekly meeting is dedicated to reviewing the progress being made. To date, Diagram has provided a preview of several components of the website, and some of those have moved to user acceptance testing (UAT). An initial color palette was proposed, and adjustments were made to attempt to accommodate the Public Health Department’s preselected style guide. Zane is also working with Diagram on data integrations.
