Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />June 2, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the execution of an agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Habitat for Humanity for the Floral Avenue Affordable Housing Development. <br />(effective Date: 05/01/25-06/30/27) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Contractor will construct five 2-bedroom duplexes and single-family homes at Third St and <br />Floral Ave in Cle Elum. Units will be reserved as affordable housing for individuals or families <br />at or below 80% of Area Medium Income in Kittitas County.
