ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve & Sign change order #2 for EOC/SAR project.
BACKGROUND:
INTERACTION:
Change order #2 encompasses COP#08. This change order is for
redesign of structural foundation. This includes additional anchor
bolts, increased footing and pier sizing and additional cross ties. This
change order is an increased cost of $36,296.76.
The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed the original contract to this
change order. Project Architect has reviewed this change order
proposal.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve change order #2 for EOC/SAR project.
