REGULAR MEETING IT STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Information Technology
Study Session.
CITIZEN COMMENTS
There were no citizen comments.
DISCUSSION Public Website Update IT
The County and web design co., Diagram Inc., recently held their
discovery meeting to discuss design choices, required features,
content management options, and issues with the current public website.
This meeting will give Diagram the clearest idea of how the County
wants the new public website to function while avoiding repeating past
mistakes.
DISCUSSION County Logo Update IT
Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney briefly updated the Board of his
progress on designing a few logo options. He will submit his work at
the next study session.
MEETING CONCLUSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:11 a.m., Chairman Osiadacz concluded the Information Technology

TOPIC: Discussion of the Public Website/Intranet Update

BRIEFING SUMMARY:
The Website Project Team and Diagram Inc. held a discovery meeting to go over design
and technical criteria. This in-depth meeting will iron out all the wrinkles to create a web
platform that gives County staff and the public a better user experience.
BACKGROUND:
In 2023 the Board directed IT to work on modernizing CAMAS. Since that time, IT has
developed a project plan, and progress has been made to reach our goals.
DISCUSSION:
• CAMAS features currently being addressed are:
o Preliminary Site Analysis (stalled),
o Purchasing & Vouchering (planning),
o Claim for Reduction of Assessment (nearly complete),
o Asset Management (in progress – migrating data from FATS)
• Website Project core team, stakeholders, and Diagram Inc. held a discovery
meeting to discuss:
o Webpage Needs,
o Goals and Objectives,
o Risk and Obstacles,
o Language Selection,
o User Account Functionality,
o Branding, and
o Page Templating
