AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 19, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a a Resolution adopting the
amendments of the Kittitas County Employee Wellness
Program and the Bylaws.
BACKGROUND: In 2014 The Board of County Commissioner’s signed
Resolution 2014-141 establishing an Employee Wellness
Program. The proposed Resolution updates the program
oversight to the Employee Input Committee and adopts the
governing bylaws.
INTERACTION: The documents were teviewed by the Clerk of the Board
and the Human Resources Department. The Prosecutor’s
office has reviewed and approved the documents and
drafted the proposed Resolution (12488).
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution adopting the amended Employee
Wellness Program and accompanying bylaws.
