STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - _____
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS OF KITTITAS COUNTY
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM POLICY AND BYLAWS.
WHEREAS, Resolution 2014-141, established the Kittitas County Workplace Wellness Policy,
on September 23, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Employee Input Committee recently reviewed the original documents and
determined that the Kittitas County Employee Wellness Program Policy and
Bylaws are outdated, and worked to update these documents to reflect current
standards and practices; and
WHEREAS, the Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed these changes and determined that they are
legally sufficient; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to update the above-mentioned Policy and
Bylaws, for the Kittitas County Employee Wellness Program, which are attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, hereby authorize the adoption of the newly revised Policy and Bylaws for
the Kittitas County Wellness Program.
