ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group is for Strategic
Assessment of Opportunities; Grants Strategy; Grant
Guide; Regional Coalition Building; Project Advocacy.
The current agreement expired on on April 30, 2026.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the
proposed agreement (12469).
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group in the amount of
$84,000.00 beginning May 1, 2026, through April 30,
2027.
