AGENDA DATE: May 5, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY25 EMPG (Emergency
Management Performance Grant) Agreement E26-241.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the FFY25 Emergency Management Performance
Grant (EMPG) program is to award funds to states to assist state, local, territorial, and
tribal governments in preparing for all hazards through sustainment and enhancement of
those programs as described in the Work Plan.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
the FFY25 EMPG Grant Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY23 EMPG (Emergency
Management Performance Grant) Agreement E26-241.
HANDLING: No handling.
