Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; and two members <br />of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 8, 2026. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION PROSECUTOR STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright requested to table this discussion until all 3 <br />Commissioners could be present. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION JOINT MEETING COAL MINE TRAIL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright explained that the Mayors of Cle Elum and Roslyn <br />had reached out, indicating that they needed to convene a joint <br />meeting with the 3 municipalities to discuss some needs that the <br />Coal Mines Trail has. There was discussion that the ILA which the <br />County sent to the other two municipalities, has never been signed <br />by either Cle Elum or Roslyn, so that it still not finalized. Staff <br />was directed to set up a Joint Special Meeting with Cle Elum and
