BOARD OF' COIINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COT]I\TY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026- C <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATUR_E ON ARDURRA GROUP,INC. TASK ORDER NO.3 - <br />HI]NGRY JI]I\CTION ROAD PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works procured on-call professional engineering services from <br />Ardurra Group, Inc. consistent with state law and county code in luly 2025; and <br />WHEREAS: Ardurra Group, Inc. is being provided with 60% plans that were developed by County <br />Staff; and <br />WIIEREAS: Ardurra Group, Inc. prepared a scope of work and fee proposal to provide bid ready plans, <br />estimates, and specifications for said Project; and <br />WHEREAS: The value of Task Order No. 3 exceeds the contract authorization amount currently <br />provided to the Public Works Director; <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, in the best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Chair signature on <br />Ardurra Group, Inc.
