ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
contract between Washington State Department of Ecology Amendment 1 and Kittitas County
Public Health. (Effective: 07.01.25-06.30.27)
BACKGROUND:
The amendment decreases funding by$ 8,649.33. The purpose of the agreement is for the
contractor to provide a Pollution Prevention Assistance (PPA) Specialist who will provide
technical assistance and education outreach to small quantity generators in an effort to prevent
pollution of waters of the state as part of the Pollution Prevention Assistance Partnership.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved April 27, 2026.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved April 28, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
contract Agreement between Washington State Department of Ecology Amendment 1 and
Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective: 07.01.25-06.30.27)
