KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 5,2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution authorizing execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic <br />Safety Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Interlocal Agreement is to provide funding, <br />provided by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) National Highway <br />Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), for DUI Patrols. <br />. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Interlocal Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas <br />County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution authorizing execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
