Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Chad Bala, CDS Director; Arden Thomas, Water Resource <br />Program Manager; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; <br />Chelsey Loeffers, Public Health Director; Cody Cupp, Assistant <br />Maintenance Director; Walter Stebok, Judicial Assistant; Kasey Knutson, <br />Human Services Manager; Maria Rios, Court Administrator; James McCubbin, <br />Deputy Prosecutor III; Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator; Ed Buntin, <br />Jail Lieutenant; Nancy Shaff, Chief Administrative Deputy; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director; and 5 members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION COURT INTERPRETER APPRECIATION DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring May 6, <br />2026, as “Court Interpreter Appreciation Day” in Kittitas County. Vice- <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION THERAPEUTIC COURT MONTH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring May <br />2026, as “Therapeutic Court Month” in Kittitas County. Vice-Chairman <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
