KITTITAS COU Nry AMEN DMENT #4 TO: Gra nt Awa rd #HH-2O21-OO1- HopeSource-ClP (Teanaway Court/Cle Etum Buitd) This Fourth Amendmentto GrantAward #HH-2O21-001-Hopesource-ClP ("Fourth Amendment") is entered into this 21st day of Aprit 2026 between Kittitas County ("County") and HopeSource, a Wash ington non profit corporation ("HopeSou rce" or "Contractor"). A. HopeSource and the County are parties to that certain Grant Award #HH-2021-001- HopeSource-ClP for Capitat lmprovement Project (Cte Etum Buitd) with an effective date of Juty 15, 2021 (known as either the "Professional Services Agreement" or "lnitial Grant Agreement") as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Contract HH-2021-001-HopeSource-ClP dated November 21,2023 ("First Amendment"), that certain Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement dated November 5,2024 ("Second Amendment") and that certain Amendment No. 3 to the Professionat Services Agreement dated June 5, 2025 ("Third Amendment"). The lnitiat Grant Agreement as amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment and Third Amendment sha1. be known as the "Amended Grant Agr ," and the Amended Grant Agreement as further amended by this Fourth Amendment shatt hereafter mean the "Grant A9reement." B. HopeSource and the County desire to amend the Amended Grant Agreement to amend the Project Description, c[arifythe use restrictions the Countywitt impose on the Project and make certain other modifications a[[ as more ful.ty set below. C. Capitatized terms not otherwise def ined herein shat[ have the meaning set forth in the Amended Grant Agreement. Based on the above facts and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth betow, the parties agree to the foltowing: 1. HopeSource's "Homeless and Affordabl,e Housing Funds 2021 Notice of Funds Avaitabte Appl,ication Form" ("Grant Apptication") attached as Exhibit A to the lnitial, Grant Agreement is hereby amended to incorporate the "Updated Project Proposal Narrative" submitted by HopeSource to the County on February 18,2026, attached hereto as Exhibit A. To the extent that the terms of the Updated Project Proposal Narrative conftict with the terms in the originat Grant Apptication, the terms of the Updated Project ProposaI Narrative shat[ controt. 2. The Project has been named "Teanaway Court." Any previous references to "Cle Elum Buitd" shatt mean "Teanaway Court." 3.
