KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Agreement for Services between Kittitas <br />County and Peers Rising PHMH-018 <br />Amendment 1 <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of March 1,2026 by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a potiticaL subdivision of the State of Washington, and Peers <br />Rising (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1,2026 through <br />December 31, 2027 (the'Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreemenq <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as fottows: <br />1. The Agreement is amended as fottows: <br />ln Attachment B, Compensation, add the foltowing language: <br />The purchase of suppties, equipment, and materiats for daity general <br />activities, inc[uding but not Limited to arts and crafts, games, food, and <br />suppLies for recreationaI activities are not atlowabte' <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the l,isted atl'owabte uses must be <br />approved by Kittitas County in advance of the expenditure, in writing' The <br />Contractor must contact the contract manager in advance for review and <br />approvat of any purchases of unctear atl'owabil'ity' <br />ln Attachment B, Compensation, under Reimbursement Procedures, add the <br />fol,towing [anguage: <br />Contractor must submit the Non Payrol,t Expenses lnvoicing Temptate with <br />invoices that inctude non-payrot[ expenses' <br />Add Attachment I to inctude the Non PayrotL Expenses lnvoicing Temptate (attached) <br />2.
