ADMIN MEETING STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 21, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Change Order 1 for EOC/SAR Project
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is requesting approval of Change Order
NO: 1 which encompasses change order proposals 1-5 for the
current EOC/SAR project in Upper County. These COP’s include;
Electrical for Well, Oil-Water Separator, Septic Cleanouts, RV
Dump Station, Building Location & Building Pad.
INTERACTION: Maintenance, BOCC.
RECOMMENDATION: Chair Approval of Change Order NO: 1 for Belsaas & Smith to Add
COP 1-5.
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
