BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2026- <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION BETWEEN <br />KITTITAS COUNTY VIA KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE <br />WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) and the <br />Washington State Department of Commerce (Commerce) entered into a professional <br />services contract on July 1, 2025, which is attached and hereby incorporated by this <br />reference; and <br />WHEREAS, section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the contract authorizes modifications <br />that are in writing and signed by the parties; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and the Commerce desire to amend the contract in the manner detailed in <br />the attached amendment that is hereby incorporated by this reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />DATED this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />1 Clerk of the Board <br />0 Deputy Clerk of the Board <br />2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chair <br />Vice -Chair <br />Commissioner <br />
