The Board of County Commissioners approved the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 8. (Effective 01/01/2025-12/31/2027)

The Consolidated Contract Amendment 7 amends the following:

Infectious Disease Syndemic Prevention Services-SSP - Effective July 1, 2025
Maternal & Child Health Block Grant – Effective January 1, 2025
Office of Drinking Water Group A Program - Effective January 1, 2025
Exhibit B-8 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces Exhibit B-7
Allocations as follows:
Increase of $17,566 for a revised maximum consideration of $4,747,301.
Exhibit C Federal Grant Awards Index, incorporated by this reference, and located in the ConCon,
Funding & BARS library at the URL provided above.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 03.30.26.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 04.01.26.
RECOMMENDATION:
