APRIL 7, 2026 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith, and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Chad Bala, CDS Director; Patti Stacey, Facilities <br />Maintenance Director; Andrew Yoder, Assistant Finance Director; Lisa <br />Bugni, Accountant II; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Program Manager; <br />Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Chelsey Loeffers, <br />Public Health Director; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Bryan Elliott, Auditor; <br />Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; and 5 members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve a Proclamation declaring April <br />2026 as National Child Abuse Prevention Month in Kittitas County. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the Agenda, as amended, by <br />removing Consent Item Q from the Agenda. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
