TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. MARCH 17, 2026
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office
Administrator; Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager; Chad Bala, CDS
Director; and 8 members of the public.
PUBLIC HEARING SUNCADIA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION CDS
At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WRIGHT opened a Public Hearing continued from
February 17, 2026, to consider a 15-Year extension to the existing
Development Agreement for Suncadia DV-25-0001. He noted the record
was closed.
JAMEY AYLING, PLANNING MANAGER provided an update on the proposed
Development Agreement and what had been added since the last Public
Hearing and recommended approval of the proposed extension including
an annual review of conditions and compliance.
COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ moved to continue the Public Hearing until May
19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to allow Staff time to create materials on
what it would look like and implement an annual review process.
VICE-CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting concluded at 2:15 p.m.
