KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />WEDNESDAY 8:00 AM Aril 1, 2026 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br />Other members: Sheriff Clay Myers, Inspector Chris Whitsett, Det. Andrea Blume, Sgt. <br />Jason Goeman, Prosecutor Greg Zempel and Deputy Prosecutor Miko Tempski. <br />Citizen Comments: None. <br />At 08:01 a.m. Chairman Wright announces the Board and all members present going into <br />an Executive Session for 15 minutes, under RCW 42.30.110 (i) Litigation that has been <br />specifically threatened to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an <br />official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party. Action anticipated. <br />At 08:16 a.m. Chairman Wright announces the Board would continue into Executive <br />Session for another 10 minutes with members present. <br />At 08:20 a.m. the Board reconvened out of the Executive Session.
