APRIL 6, 2026 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Patti Stacey, <br />Facilities Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 3, 2026. <br /> <br />UPDATE CHANGE ORDER 1-4 BELSAAS EOC PROJECT MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Patti Stacey, Facilities Director, updated the Board on four Change <br />Orders she received from Belsaas related to the Search & Rescue – <br />EOC building project. She noted that the project did not include a <br />large contingency fund and asked the Board for direction on how to <br />proceed. <br /> <br />Ms. Stacey outlined the Change Orders as follows: the first is for <br />electrical work to the well pump; the second is for installation of <br />an oil-water separator in the storm drain system; the third is for <br />installing cleanouts in the sewer lines; and the fourth is to <br />complete the RV dump station as specified in the civil plans. The <br />total cost for these Change Orders is $27,981.00.
