STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2026 -
RATIFYING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL
CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD FOR 2025
WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires annual reporting of
various Road Fund expenditures, policies and administrative matters by the
County Engineer; and
WHEREAS: The County Sheriff, County Auditor, County Engineer and the Chair of the Board
of County Commissioners are required to annually certif,i Road Fund diversions
for Traffic Law Enforcement (TLE) activities; and
WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and County Engineer are
required to annually certiff a report for Fish Passage removal activities; and
WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and County Engineer are
required to sign the annual certification report; and
WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners signature is required on the
Digital Submittal Certification to complete2025 County Road Administration
Board (CRAB) reporting requirements; and
WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners executed said Digital Submittal
Certification on March 30,2026, at the Public Works Special Study Session, to
meet reporting deadlines.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby ratify the Chair's signature on the Digital Submittal
Certification to the County Road Administration Board for 2025.
