KITTITAS COTJNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAF'F REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE:March 17,2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners' approval to sign Change <br />Order No. 6 on the Rodeo Arena Improvement Project. <br />BACKGROT]ND:The County has been working on renovations and improvements to <br />the existing Kittitas County Rodeo Aren4 as part of the project with <br />have run into unknown conditions and to make other changes to <br />bccommodate operations of the facility. <br />This change order includes Electrical Utility changes, Water main <br />connect location change required by the city, changes to the landings <br />and ramps for the walk bridge, and a credit for changing on site <br />domestic water to HDPE from copper. <br />INTERACTION:ALSC Architects, Event Center Staff, and Maintenance. <br />RECOMMENDATION:Recommend Boards approval to for Chairs signature on Change <br />Order No. 6 for Kittitas County Rodeo Arena Improvement Project. <br />HANDLING:Original - Clerk of the Board <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Change Order 6 <br />Patti Stacey
