ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Board of County Commissioners approval for the Facilities and Waste Operations Director to sign
Change Order 10.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County entered into a contract with Belsaas & Smith Construction for the Renovation and
Improvements to the Kittitas County Jail.
This change is a no cost change to add addition time due to the delay in the detention doors. The cost for
changing to these doors was included in an earlier change order. At the time of the earlier change order the
manufacturer could not give the delivery date for the doors.
INTERACTION:
Knit Architecture, and Maintenance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board of County Commissioner approval for the Facilities and Waste Operations Director to
sign Change Order 10.
HANDLING:
Return to Maintenance for signature
