Thankyou forthis opportunityto be the "Official County Newspaper" once again and continue the longstanding part-
nership between Kittitas County and the Northern Kittitas County TRIBUNE. This award-winning community news-
paper located in Cle Elum, WA, submits the following bid to continue printing all legal notice publications for Kittitas
County during July 1, 2026 through June 30,2027 at a discounted rate of:
$11.50 per column inch for First insertion date
S1O.5O per column inch for Subsequent insertions of the same legal notice
(A 52Yo discount off our regular advertising open rate)
Same discounted prices offered for display legals, which may include color,
graphics, photos or other premium upgrades at no additional charge.
TRIBUNE legal notice single-column width measures 1.67-inches with 6-columns across per page.
As always, we provide an Affidavit of Publication and Newspaper Clipping after each final publishing date
Also, full page tearsheets available upon request.
Published on Thursday, our avetage total paid circulation is 2,200. Of that,
approximately L,750 are purchased within Kittitas County, primarily Upper
County each week (ex: mailed to subscribers, and local business news
stands). Thus, your public notices would be viewed by 4,375 loyal readers
each week.
Public notices are a priority with us, and we make every effort to accommo-
date them, even extending our regular deadline from the L2 noon to 6:00
p.m. Tuesdays for all legal notices. On Tuesday meeting ni$hts' notices
sent to us before 1O:00 p.m. will be published in that Thursday's edition.
Confirmation of receipt is returned on every e-mail submitted notice, and af-
fidavits of publication are provided along with final billing.
As added value, we leverage our membership in the Washington State News-
paper Publishers Association to post all legal notices we publish each week
to a searchable online central database for all Washington State newspaper
member public notices. There is no additional cost to you for this service.
